Just opened a case with corporate. Honestly, a good expeirience

 

Just remain polite, firm and persistent with corporate, my experience went well with them.

 

I really suck at dealing with customer service people. I'm too much of a pushover.

 

Check this out...my wife works from home, but once a month she goes into town for a meeting. Today is that day and I get to be home alone...score

Be strong with them. They are not there to help you. There are front line risk mitigaters (like claims adjusters) for the company. Drive them diplomatically and nicely, and most of all, remain composed and polite.

 

Corporate seems to have come through, I was just approved for a rental. If it turns out to not be a warranty item I'll have to pay for the rental

 

Good on the rental, but how can they say it's not a warranty issue?!?
