Happy with the way the truck rides now, and gained a little more lift!

If it we me I would ditch those wheel spacers. You are putting a lot of extra stress on your bearings buy having such wide wheels/tires and then adding spacers to it too.

Besides the other stuff I'm not a fan of that look. Low and wide is OK but not having tires stick out past your fender, it looks really silly to me. Of course it's your truck of course so do whatever you want

Yesterday, replaced my factory dome and map lights with LED's and they are so bright, its awesome.
while doing it I blew the Dome light fuse which if anyone is wondering where it is located, its under the hood if you are looking straight down at the fuse box in the lower left corner.

And started started researching/pricing brake replacements, and tire replacements.

Installed rear coverking I can't believe it's not leather seat covers. I bought them used from another member. Now I can't wait to get my front set! A different other member was generous enough to give me a front set, but shipping from Florida was cheaper to Alabama than Nebraska. So I'll get them from my parents in November.

Yesterday, I lowered it 2 inches and got my 285/70/17 mounted and balanced and got it alligned. And lemme tell ya.. it feels tiny compared to the 315s lol... but I still love it. Was a better choice to return the Billy's to 0 and get a dakar pack..

    Too few to list.
Not today but a couple of days ago. Used my newly aquired xB to pick my sliders! It's sad that my xB can haul the longer items than my truck.

I'll try to keep that in mind. I'm pretty sure I've seen a couple on here but they did seem rather thin IIRC. One thing I'd like to do, since I've got the Bussman, is to build a custom harness for the seats to reduce the excess wiring. There are a couple of components I would have to figure out though, it's not to clear to my untrained eyes exactly how some of the harness functions.

I like the way you think! I will be getting the same Bussman that you are sometime in the near future so I am interested in your procedure and figure I can learn as well. I have a couple seat warmers that I bought years ago stored away so I may as well use them at some point.

Also, I am in the slow, slow process of mapping out each of the various electrical additions that I would like to make to the truck so I can hopefully build an integrated wiring harness that I can use to make everything as neat as possible.

I guess this is sort of an install post....nothing too complex though.

Finally got my Rigid D Series Midnight Edition LED's mounted on my Yakima round bar. I mounted them under the bar so it wouldn't affect the loading & unloading of my canoe. The Rigid horizontal bar clamp mounts were perfect. They offer so many awesome mounting options. I also went with the plug & play option (the 12V cigarette outlet cord/switch combo) instead of direct wiring as I'll really only use these during hunting season (Oct-Dec). The cord was the perfect length. I saved and cut off the plugs from the wiring harness that was included and I'll plug those into the lights when I disconnect the cord for weather protection. I just need to vertically adjust them tonight. I plan to run them off road with my fogs & low beams, so I'll plan on aiming them beyond the low beams. Since they are the spot pattern, I see no issues with that not working.

I did replace all of the hardware with stainless steel button head (Allen) machine screws. Not 100% theft proof, but better than what was sent. Those allen head machine screws had big heads.

    Lights all mounted:
Rear view of cords & plugs all neat with zip ties and electrical tape. I placed them as far apart as I could allowing for the cord to reach the far light plug:
    They work!
Ran the cord out my rear passenger door (I rarely use this door). It's pretty taught, so I don't expect any flapping:

Ran cord under rear floor liner up to the drivers side of the center console:

    Plug/Switch combo right to lighter:

    Plugs I cut off:

Another view (hadn't adjusted the cord yet so it's loose in this pic). You OCD folks will appreciate that the lights ended up perfectly aligned with those two humps in the roof.....I did not plan that!
