Damn, that's like a script

 

They are a company built entirely on reliability. It is extremely dissapointing to be left stranded on the side of the road in their flagship vehicle (a brand new one too). A complimentary warranty that says "hey, we really do believe in our product, this was just a fluke" is not too much to ask for.

 

You should be the leader of the Toyota customer service reps

 

It's not something to be afraid of. Many of us that have the differential whining issue have been given the warranty. It's not like you are asking for a buyback or anything.

It's 125k, not 100k, by the way. None of us have been stranded like you either.

 

It almost seems like a good idea to keep a spare CPS in the truck, you never know when you might be far away or not have the time to wait on a tow and service.

I could make up no such lie about that lovely lady's lasagna. I sure didn't see a Toyota employee bring me a plate of lasagna as I nearly starved to death while waiting for a tow for 5 damn hours

 

By the way, no one is more pissed off than my wife....nobody hurts her baby boy

 

You should have your wife call corporate about that free extended warranty.

 

Do you people not realize that cars break? That's why they have a warranty.
