Two questions if you guys could help. When hitting bumps i get a sort of metalic ping/rattle and i have a small squeak in the rear when driving slowly. Neither seem bad at all just slightly annoying

Front end is all new except upper balljoint and rear has new brakes if either of those would change anything.

I bought coopers because my truck was still my DD but then stopped shortly after. Now I wish I got the MTR's but I think the Coopers will do great for what I need them to.

Well I was hoping for someone without long travel Ahahah....but I was just curious because I like the coopers I'm running now (st maxx) but want something a little bigger than the 285"s and a 305 is a true 33 and 1/2" wider and I just wanted some input on what they are like... But kind of hard to ask you since your truck wouldn't really have clearance issues with them also considering you have glass front and rear. Id like to see them in person as I know you are running the stt pro and that's also what I was thinking of running

Are you guys doing a 4 or 5 tire rotation pattern? 50% tread left at 20k miles is pretty good for mtrs...

Does anyone have an opinion on OE vs. Dorman for the EGR Vacuum switching valve?

    OE - $150
    Dorman - $50

I usually lean OE for quality, but... Being that the original only lasted 54k miles, I'm not sure how much worse the off brand could be.

Any reason I should spend the $100 extra?

I'm pretty impressed with the stt pros. I can do a lot of stuff that some other guys needed lockers for as for climbing. I do have to do some clearing around the wheel well and I need to cut my glass by where the fender and door come together. But for stock length LCA I don't know. But I do love the 305 size. Next time you come up north let me know and I'll meet ya.

So if I go with Allan springs I can use stock hangars correct? Should I look into buying new ones? Also when I'm telling them some specs should I tel them based off of what I eventually want to do to my truck in the bed or what the set up is right now?? Also I really appreciate the help!

I absolutely despise Dorman's quality but I think in the case of something as "auxiliary" (pointless) as EGR I'd probably go with the cheaper option. Worst case scenario it either doesn't open and you waste a few MPGs or it goes full open and stalls the engine. IDK, my EGR is 206,xxx mi old and still functions perfectly so maybe OE is the way to go and you just got a bad cookie. Food for thought I suppose.
