Added to the Toyota fleet at our house yesterday. 12 Miles on it when I left the dealer, 24 hours later about 150 :) Went for a few nice drives today -- drives great. Only 3rd gen issue so far is the slight howling noise in windy conditions. Seems I may be able to remedy it with some foam in the weather seals.

It's also amazing how different the Blizzard Pearl is from the Super White. Love both of them.

So much planned, already ordered some seat protectors for the little dude's car seat in the back, decals for the back window, D-Rings for the front. Oh, and a cordless vacuum. Tired of digging out the shop vac and extension cord :)

Bought 9/21/16. BFG Mud Terrain 265/75 R16 was my first change. Plastidipped the white front and rear bumpers.

This is my first Tacoma, I don't know the taboos.

Look smoothmove I didn t mean to be rude if I came off like that I am sorry but I am sure you want honesty. I would. If you are on a budget and trying to do make your own looking truck never be a a hurry to do things and try to visually try to picture your ideas as they come up. I think on the bumper looks so odd to me is the corners on it bein dipped. It might look more appealing if you had a line on the bumper where you end ended the dip

Yes. I don't know the edicate of Tacoma. I am a hermit whom loves 60+ year old non chrome vehicles. If I make a mistake, say it. No hate, no anger. All good.

That is why I joined this site after buying the truck. It is a community of owners to lean on.

Yeh you got the right idea. Hey I am the first to admit when I screw up also. Right now I think my truck would have looked a little better if I had my flares done with bedliner instead of painted white.

NICE! I have a '58 ragtop in my garage. I missed the oval by one year.

It's your truck, man! There are no rules or etiquette. Do whatever the heck you want to it and if it looks/works good for you, that's all that matters! Function over fashion is what I say when my buddies give me crap about my FJ! :)
