Worst pickup line ever.

 

Anybody a decent welder? I had a buddy build the brackets for my surco roof rack i got off craigslist. After he installed it, i noticed he did it in the absolute worst way possible (stripped our screw heads, didnt silicon the holes he put into my cab RIGHT NEXT TO THE FACTORY HOLES, half the screws he used arent even tight, some type of silicon? Maybe? Whatever it is, it looks like he used it as a "spacer" to keep the rack from wobbling where its loose.... lol) so i figured i should try to fix his butchered ass job. Im just looking for someone to weld the brackets to the actual rack so it is a little more secure.
