    And realistically the size tire you can fit is only dependent on wheel backspacing and firewall clearance if you wheel your truck. Think about it this way, take suspension out of the picture, literally.

    When @Wheelspinner and I tubbed my truck for 35's the first thing we did was remove the coilover. This gives you absolute worst case scenario, AKA suspension fully stuffed/compressed. You can go to 33's no problem, you just need to cut/trim some shit and beat your firewall back with a BFH. Now to go to 35's on our trucks you need to do this:

    As far as BS goes, to stay off the frame on a first gen 3.5" is safe for 33's. For 35's you need 2.5-2.75" to stay off the frame.
