    So either one has a company car right?? :rolleyes:

    Do what is best to meet you and your family's goals.

    If the company car is one that you can drive home- the IRS will want their cut; typically 150.00/month or so, via payroll deduction (if your company does not gross up somehow). Also, since you may have the car- gas, insurance and maintenance will be taken care of. Annual value of company car (including depreciation) is about 10k-14k or so.

    Pursue both until you secure one. Don't be afraid to get uncomfortable, and try something new... :)
