I'm sure this thread isn't encouraging people to post there just to inflate those results either....

So I've had a very busy summer ,took delivery of this truck mid June and hit the ground running. I'm a fishing guide that works 6 to 7 days week all summer. I've been running this truck pretty hard. Towing a 1200 pound trailer over a mt. pass with 10% grade for 8 miles on both sides. I use primitive cobblestone boat ramps every day. I drive 20 miles back bad dirt roads with passengers. Got 12k miles now and the truck hasn't failed me yet. But ,I have the diff howl, the fuel pump chirp, and the starter seems to skip or stutter.no grinding noise. The season is almost over and I've got resolving these problems on my mind.

I run some hunting guide trips here in AZ. Agree with your concerns the CPS failure would probably be the most concerning if I'm 80 miles off pavement. Have heard of a couple rear ends blowing out too though not sure that's related to the howling. Also a slight concern however

Yes, I think you would agree, going hard 7 days to make a living and getting stuck in the backcountry would be a very bad situation. Not to mention loosing 4 hundo a day. My 06 ,my 12 were dead reliable. This thing makes more noise than my 84 did in 94.
