    I just got off the phone with 2 dealers in southern CA and they said the PRO GRILLE is on stop sale. Due to them arriving broken. So who knows how long that will be.

    Have you checked with Carlsbad Toyota? I bought mine from them last week and they had a few additional on order.

    I just wanted to get a feel for the damaged grills on arrival. How many of you experienced this issue? I realize some of the users here are ordering from online vendors and some from dealerships. Is this an issue at the manufacturing facility from where these grills are being shipped? For those being procured from the Kentucky center known as Toyota- NACPK, anyone obtain a grill with broken clips? Seems that East Coast distribution center was Toyota-NACPK at the time of initial availability.

    From what I have understood, they are getting broke coming from Toyota. Looks like they are not packaging them with any shock absorbent material. A lot of retailers are repackaging them before sending them out.
