had a blue apron thingy (the lady friend gets them sometime so I cook for her) and they had an AMAZING coffee rub. probabaly one of the top seasoning ive tasted. I cant seem to replicate it though. so yea id say coffee can be great on meat!

The real hidden gem is Pompous Pig in Anderson. Their BBQ is actually better than the "legendary" Smokin' Pig.

 

Two best sides at Pompous Pig, the baked beans and the mac and cheese. Smokin' Pig has no Mac and Cheese.
