Yesterday we headed up into the mountains for some light trail riding, not expecting massive drifts to be covering everything. I got the tacoma stuck twice but also pulled my buddy's ranger out several times. Also got to witness the most epic ford fail I have seen in a while. this guy had a F250 stroker with 46" baja claws and a 14.5" lift. He only made it about fifteen yards past where i got stuck! I couldnt believe he didnt even have lockers, with all the upgrades he had to this thing, I would have thought lockers would be the first! Pretty embarrasing for him i suppose but we had a great day hoping to head out again next weekend

Yeah it was hilarious! Me and my buddy were so surprised when we saw he wasn't locked. We kinda rubbed it in to this guy that he almost got passed by a stock tacoma:cool: After about 3 hours of digging and towing we finally got that thing out but it wasnt easy!

Yeah a 6.0 with about everything you need for off road but lockers and a winch. He told me that after lifting he didnt even have any driveline vibes at all  yeah right. I loved the 4LO on the taco it just crawled through most of those deep drifts

Yeah man i love the snow too, unless of course it is over 3 feet, then its like guaranteed that youre gonna get stuck. It's tough to make it over the humps like the one I got high centered on with these DC LB's like we have but they still rock:D

I had a good day yesterday as well. But I pulled out a Chevy. I can officially say my roomate is a dumbass, and can't pick a line. (Not to mention this is what he bought when Toyota bought his 2000 back) I drove through this drift three times to make fun of him, I chained up for extra traction to get him out.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

And I can't forget the way out, my roomie took a picture of the cattle drive down the road.

Cool pics man! I bet that chevy kinda sucks those trucks dont have much front clearance with that rake. Glad you showed him up haha! As to the stroker comment, the old 7.3's are sweet but I hate the 6.0, so glad they are gonna get rid of it

It's funny because one of my co-workers bought a brand new Chevy I tell him not to park next to my truck because it lowers the value of mine.
