So I received these today and installed.... Holy fuck are they bright

I'm thinking of wiring to a switch so I can use them as "turn your fucking high beam off" lights

 

New Firestone Destination LE2 tires. Goodbye useless Dunflops.

 

Also installed my mobtownoffroad tailgate reinforcing cap and hauled some wood. Truth be told the piece itself doesn't look or feel very substantial but it actually works great. Very happy with it. It looks better and my leer cap window fits tighter to the tailgate

 

Dealers will always do that. although I'm surprised they didnt want to work with you when you started walking away. That usually works.

Today I learned that the weird rattle / shake that I thought was a shock issue on my front driver side after off-roading this weekend was actually because of a missing bolt on my factory skid plate.

Lesson learned.

I never had any luck trying to trade in vehicles near a military base. It always seems like they try and screw the military person because they will probably only trade with them one time, then your off to another assignment and they will never see you again and they have made allot of money off of your trade in and the vehicle you bought. You did the right thing by walking away from the deal.

I had to take a huge set of channel locks and bend the shit out of the pinch weld. PIA on passenger side. Drivers side wasnt terrible

 

Plasti derp on the stock sport wheels today. The look is growing on me. Did 4 coats of black then 2 coats of anthracite.
