Yep like a dumb ass. My unders shirts are larger because I like them tighter helps hold shit in place. Because these are fitted larges I look a little like this:

Fuck it, I am going back on carbs. My lifts the last week have been tanking. Getting worse and worse. Struggling to 3 rep things I could easily 8 rep in the past. Came home last night after the gym and started eating all the foods in the fridge, including my wife's gluten free pizza (would not recommend). Hopefully I can get back on the gainz train with at least 150 carbs during the day.

bench: 135x15, 185x10, 225x11, 275x3...gonna go for ol 315 next week. my rule is not to try it unless I can get 225 at least 12 times. Got pretty darn close today.
hammer strength chest press: 4 sets
    incline db press: 4 sets
    cable crossovers: 4 sets

I'll fit them but it will be a bit. Stacey about died laughing when I walked out of the bedroom with one on.

Calluses starting to form again. I never thought I'd welcome these bitches again. Did some chest work tonight

    Incline bench bare bar 5x10
    DB bench 35lb 5x10
    Decline DB bench 35lb 5x10
    Standing cable flys 30 4x12 50 2x12

Then switched up hit some bi's and tri's

    DB hammer curls 25lb 5x10
    Supinated curls 25lb 5x10
    Seated curls 25lb 5x10
Tried preacher curls that was a huge failure

Tricep push downs 30lb to 5 to failure
    French press 25lb 5x30

And then 50 lb shoulder shrugs not a whole lot of weight movement but it's getting there. It feels so foreign right now to be trying to grip any weights in the left hand. It feels even worse doing such light weight in the right arm. But I'm trying to regain size in the left arm as well as keep size in the right.

I have already had 200+ carbs today. I feel high as shit, like I just smoked a bunch of weed, no joke. Gonna be an epic deadlift/OHP workout tonight.

Shit's loaded with potassium. If you consume a high sodium diet, potassium is your best friend. Plus, I hate vegetables and that's basically the only way I can consume them lol.

I track mine right off the nutrition labels and through MFP too, and it's 3750 calories :notsure:

And no, I swap between honey flavored and vanilla flavored Greek yogurt. The only good use plain greek yogurt has is that it's a decent substitute for sour cream. Loaded baked potato w/ plain greek yogurt is so good

Try tuna salad with it instead of mayonnaise.

After the thorough break down i couldn't do that much sugar. I mean I can but holy shit that's a lot of sugar.

    IMG_3851.jpg

But with all the carbs I was amazed how little your fiber intake is.
