:( sorry Mike and me too

So sorry for your loss Bruce and I do know what it is like to lose a sister. Lost my older sister when she was 47. It broke my heart - she was my best friend. It's been 11 years now and I still lose it some days. If you are on facebook, there is a group for those that have lost siblings. I could add you if you like. It's a safe place to go no matter how long it has been to talk about our missing siblings. You will have good days and bad days. Lots more bad @ first and they gradually get farther apart. If you want/need to talk just PM me. for you and your family

    Evening Everyone

Headed to the car show pre registration area to get the rest of my registration packet and parking spot location /space # . To hot right now to drive my Camaro there so I'm driving in comfort in my Tacoma with the AC blowing cold

Just got back from the car show pre registration and I've got a very nice spot to park in thats shaded almost all day . they also have for tomorrow is a pre registration entrance lane
This means not sitting on the converter getting it hot or the transmission or even gettting the engine hot sitting in the long line to get into the car show area . Also talked with one of the event organizers about my type of car being a race car . He said not to worry they know how temperamental these cars cars to excessive idling and will make sure we don't sit to long and hurt our cars

Can't wait to hear my neighbors complain tomorrow morning at 0830 when I start up my Camaro LOL!!!

    Evening all
You have all helped me to start to deal with this loss and I'm sorry if I'm a little late responding but it's been a busy day and will be for the next week, maybe this eases the pain a little but knowing that you are the last of your immediate family is a little daunting, like others here I'm sure, I lost both my father 15 years ago and then a year later my mother passed, they were both only 59 years of age. I know I mentioned this before but I am amazed at the level of compassion from everyone here and thank you all very much, you truly have helped in this difficult time.

    Small useful for me stuff.

One thing that may help down the road a little is grief counseling. It's not for everyone but for some it can be a great tool in dealing with the loss and how to not let it consume you. Be sure to take some time for yourself also. People even with the best intentions and desire to help can be overwhelming and as the the one grieving you may not recognize it as it's happening. Take care and be well.
