Maybe you should show them one that doesn't leak and tell them its broken and see how they fix it.

I live in MA and that excuse would never fly especially in the winter where we get snow.

Sunroofs dont seal water out like windows, they leak into 4 troughs. Usually one of the drains leaks due to a mistake in installation at the factory. It should be fixed.

    Nothing worthy
It worked, even admitted its a issue. It's right at the back middle. Tested with pressure washer. Went from big leak to no leak.

I'm right there with you... I've unleashed all hell in the middle of a showroom before at Bmw had a manager come up and ask me to come in his office so I didn't upset anybody... I told him something along the lines of fuck you, fuck everyone in this place, I guarantee they'd like to know you can't fix one of your own cars and if you want me to leave give me my car in proper working order or my $1800 back

Even after making a claim they told me there are not going to fix it, they told me it's designed to leak through the seal into a drip pan and out the drain tubes. Is there any other option to get it fixed?

Question. You don't say where it's leaking. Is the headliner wet? Does it drip in the cab? Just wondering.

Because what you describe they told you of collecting in the pan and out the drain tubes is correct for water that makes it past the seal. Sunroofs have been designed like that since the 80s.

So exactly what are you trying to get fixed?

Anyway, call Toyota Corporate, open a case, fax them your paperwork. You know, the stuff you kept with what the dealer did.

    Follow their instructions.

If there is another dealer in a reasonable distance, I'd try them.
