    no buyers remorse! the grill is sweet. i look forward to mine coming in next week, also having a super white TRDOR. how did you get the surround black?

    Huh? Do you mean the chrome bezel that was around the stock grille?

    The TRD Pro Grille is one piece, it replaces the two stock pieces, the chrome bezel and the stock grille

    Went to pick up my pro grille yesterday at my local Toyota dealer. Grille was inside a Toyota box covered with a thin bubble wrap. I had the parts guy check the grille before I took it and it had 2 broken clips. Now on backorder.:(

    should have taken it but request a major discount... broken tabs depending on location wouldn't effect it much if at all... call back and see if they're willing to work with you on it price wise...

    They were both broken together on the top right corner. Parts guy felt it wouldn't hold properly. I am still waiting for my truck which is at least 4 weeks away so I wasn't in a position to test it.

    Sorry took so long but UPS gets to my place pretty late! No customs fees that I'm aware of, box just had shipping label and inside was the grille (in a bubble wrap bag) and a box with a Toyota blanket in it to protect the front of the grill! The box and blanket appear to have really helped stabilize it and it arrived with all tabs intact. Two of em kinda poked through the bubble wrap but they're fine. Here's the unboxing

    What's the smaller box on top of the grille?

    Read one post from someone who said they have ordered from Canada in the past and it took like two weeks before they they received a Customs Fee notice.

    If anyone has ordered one of these grilles, been two weeks plus, let us know if you received a Customs Fee notice and how much was it. Thanks in advance.

    The box just has a note saying it was inspected for damage and to enjoy it etc and here's a free Cochrane Toyota blanket! The way it was placed in the box is how it was in the picture so it kinda wedged the grill in place in the box and I get a free blanket so it's a win-win! Haha. I'll update if I receive any customs stuff for sure.

    Still Stock but working on changing that fast
    Same here. Got the free blanket as well from TacomaTown, perfect to leave in the truck when needed. Plus the blanket helped protect the grill during shipping. Mine arrived problem free and in perfect shape thanks to the addition from Cochrane.
