Today is my 1 year of ownership. This was the exact truck I wanted ever since the 2005 came out.

    The day I got it.

I hit a deer with mine doing 65+ mph, completely obliterating my drivers side housing and my led is still going strong in the new housing!

Even the bulb shows it took one hell of an impact because it is slightly bowed now.

If I wasn't rolling in a Tacoma, I would be rolling in a Subaru, and likely the same model!! Got boost??

Fixed a broken off bolt on my lower skid from when I pulled it to do the ECGS bushing and loaded up the trailer and machines for some evening riding up a local canyon! 20161001_135746.jpg

It was more of a kamikaze style...came from some where off the passenger side shoulder at a full sprint. Never even saw it or hit the brakes. Just a flash of fur in the passenger side headlight beam just off the nose of the truck and then impact on the drivers side.

    Thanks.

It was quite the ordeal. Should have been totalled. Truck has been in and out of the shop the last seven weeks. To the tune of about 10k in damage and multiple return trips to fix issues with the repairs. But it is done and over with and now I look forward to driving it until the wheels fall off, because there is no way I will ever be able to sell it now, without taking a huge lose.

So, enjoying my one day pff this week, and the nice weather, when my sliding window just shattered when I slid it closed. Insurence told me to pay them 500 to replace it because the window addition to my policy doesn't cover rear windows. They can do it for about 900, but I have to drop my truck off, pull the shell, and then they will raise my premium enough to recover all their costs in a year.

So does anyone know the size pf the rear sliding window? Just going to have to make a plexi one.
