Just got home from an awesome day at the car show !! . Everyone liked my Camaro especially the nasty sounding idle . Even got the attention of some of the event organizers and they also said my Camaro looks and sounds awesome

Even had friends of mine saying my Camaro looks and sounds like a 9 second Drag race car and lots of people took pics . They even wanted me to start my Camaro up for them . I even had a buddy of mine with a NHRA Legal race car Approve of it and he's got a 8 seconds race car

The Cruise route was only maybe 1.5 miles long over the San Bernardino downtown area . Earlier in the day it took maybe 20 minutes to drive this route but as the day got later into the early evening this same route took almost an hour or more

There was maybe 1k plus cars there and some very nice looking restored cars & trucks , street rods , muscle cars and even race cars . There had to have been 10k plus people walking around the cruise route and looks like the Route 66 Rendezvous is back as stronger than ever

Again I'm so happy that everyone liked my Camaro and the comments or listening to people talk with me for up to 1/2 hour was just awesome . The response I got and also the amount of organizations /clubs wanting my Camaro for their own up coming events was just unbelievable

Words can't describe how awesome sounding my Camaro was .The exhaust note was just pure music to my ears . it's hard to explain but I know Mike can understand what a very aggressive sounding a drag race motor can sound like

I even was asked tonite if I was a drag racer as how I was driving my Camaro . it was warm enough that I had the drivers door open while idling around to get airflow into the car to stay cool . This is a very typical way of driving from the pits to the staging lanes at the drag strip with the drivers door open

Had a very interesting incident happen earlier this evening that actually was bad enough that it forced the closure of the cruise route for about 45 min . a Street over from where I was parked and on the cruise route had a car puncture its gas tank and spill possibly 10 -15 gallons of fuel onto the street surface . not sure how this happened or what type of car but the Fire dept and Police dept were busy during that time

I've got a few pics to download of just a sampling of the cars at the car show today .I'll get those downloaded for you guys to see

Chuck, thank you for the vid. The best part of your vid when you went by is you didn't rev. You didn't have to. I call it engine envy when someone with a not so hot engine revs the piss out of it to try and show off. Sounds really sweet man.
