First off sorry to hear about the Silverado had a few myself and have been enjoying my Tacoma much more. With the SR V6 I am almost positive you can't get the utility package only comes with the access cab 4 cylinder. Also pretty sure the SR V6 always includes the convenience package. I was lucky enough to still find a 16 with the dark alloy wheels when I found out they weren't available anymore on the SR for 2017.

For the interior I think the main difference is no infotainment screen between the gauges and black trim pieces instead of silver. The radio is different, think it's the same screen as the SR5 just different features, but does still have a back up camera.

I found some pictures of a 2016 utility SR interior. I don't have the utility, but in this picture you can see a backup cam on the tailgate latch on this SR utility package.

The utility package removes the rear seats from the access cab. I don't think it's available on the double cab.

Adding cruise control is an easy mod and costs about $70. There is a thread on here with step by step instructions.

It doesn't have the "multi-function" dash display. It has outside temp, what gear your in, odometer and trip odometer.

    They all have back-up cams.

The entune display is a little smaller but seems perfectly adequate. The system has AM, FM, CD, Bluetooth audio and phone connections, USB and line inputs. No Navigation or XM.

Jeff, could you please post a picture of the Access cab area? I'm interested in what Toyota did to the panel where the rear seat belts would be located. Does it have fillers or is it a completely different pillar piece?

Thank you for the picture, is that filler piece at the top where the seat belt would be or is it a solid trim piece?

If I trade in a couple years I'm thinking about just getting the SR just so I can do away with the munchkin seats. Should of bought the SR I 1st test drove a year ago.

Stock.. getting 1'' lift spacer to level it, im rubbing my front mudflaps at turn, and want to keep them on. People think its lifted though.. havent tested mpg, but it definitely took a little hit with these bigger meats on
