Finally got around to installing my Apex fog light mounts and CaliRaised 18W Amber pods from the Labor Day group buy. Fairly simple install but the mounts are so tight in the space that they scraped up my paint a bit on each side. They could stand to be slightly smaller and still look great. However, they are solid and well built. The pods are definitely angled out a bit. I'll be curious to check them out tonight.

Funny you mention Deltona. I looked for houses there and also in Deland and another small town I can't remember the name of a few years ago. I also looked at some closer to Orlando but the Orlando price tags were too high for me. I ended up getting a great paying job here in Ohio and I'll be stuck in this dump until something happens to the company.
Your post made me miss it down there

Your not missing much, it will always be home to me but there aint shit for jobs in deltona, unless you like retail or fast food or a decent commute to a bigger city.

Not what I did to, but what I for. Picked these up from @Nimble9. He was awesome to meet up with me halfway since he's 4 hours from me.

TRD Sport wheels painted black with Blizak winter tires. Practically new still. Even came with the caps! Touch up a few spots & done!

    20161002_214931.jpg 20161002_220122.jpg

Definitely bigger & bulkier than the stock 265/65R17 110S that came with/are on the truck now. Hopefully no rub since I'm on a stock suspension.

Now just have to maybe wait a bit to get them put on.

His rig was slick too. Wish I had more time to chat and check it out, but looked bad ass. Lift, big wheels, bestop, nice! Kudos to you sir for a good looking rig!

Couldn't get it onto the tow dolly.low body was causing some scraping which impeded progress.. so used my high lift as a winch :)

It is a 10" single row. I matched it as best as I could from the C4Fabrication kit. C4 sells the mount and a light bar with it. I just looked for a cheaper light bar than what they were offering.

Actually, yes. The instructions for the removal of the stock fog lights were not accurate. If you lay under the truck and look up at the fog light locations, you will see two screws that hold the thin plastic wheel well lining in place. If you remove those, you can move the plastic out of the way for easy access to take out the two screws that hold the stock fog lights in place. There is a blue plastic clip that needs to come off and there is a black tab that has to be pushed to release the plastic fog housing off the front of the truck, but you do all of this from behind. That's what she said. I think the instructions for installation were ok. Hope this helps, as it's from memory.
