Is the adhesive still on the back or have these been cleaned bare where we would just need to add some adhesive to apply them to the vehicle?

There is some adhesive residue, but no parts that still have foam on them. Were I reinstalling them, I wouldn't bother cleaning it off from the point they're at right now.
