    I'm probably putting Maytag in my house. They went way down hill for a while, then got bought out by Whirlpool. Some of their parts have a 10 year warranty.

    I sell appliances and parts...some LG stuff is good, but if something goes wrong, you're looking at $$$$ to get it fixed.

    I'm almost ready to commit to a diet change too. I don't count macros or anything but I have high metabolism so I just consistently maintain around 162 regardless of what I eat. I want to make a change where I can gain slowly to 185 but not bulk up quickly. If it takes a long time it takes a long time :notsure:

    Would I basically just need to intake 185g of protein at a minimum since that is my goal weight, or more?

    My diet was shiiiiiiit this weekend. Killed a deer Saturday afternoon, then got drunk Saturday night. Usually I stick to liquor straight or mixed with soda water (no carbs), but I was all in on a case of Miller Lites Saturday night. Then, I ate Five Guys last night. I usually go to the gym once a weekend I but was too preoccupied Saturday and too hungover yesterday. There's going to be an epic bench session after class tonight. I also sweat like a fucking hog Monday nights at the gym after drinking over the weekend. Fucking gross.

    They have a May tag we are looking at for 1398.00 it's a French door style but it's only available in white and she doesn't want white and honestly neither do I. But it's a 10yr warranty. Whatever we get will be the extended warranty.

    Wore my "Arnold is numero Uno" shirt today and crushed chest/back. Even felt good enough after to do a few sprint/push up intervals before calling it a day. I felt like I was going to fall out on my way home so I woof'd down a big pumpkin muffin from the grocery's bakery. It doesn't count if it's within 30min of working out, right?

    Had a lady ask me where I got my shirt because "her son loves Arnold" o_O. That may be what she said, but her eyes were saying something different

    I'm sitting at 230 p 200c 90f for this week. Hoping to drop about 1lb a week. Of course that still remains with two days of major cardio and 5 days of lifting.
