There's no way that hill shot is on any trail, and it doesn't look like a tailings pile to me either. The other two... dunno what trail or where it is, would also reserve judgment without more context. The vehicle looks familiar though...

Better to ask what I have not done.
we are going to be placing this order this Thursday the 6th so please follow directions below or pm me if you want to partake in this

    80% lowers people,

I have tried to get in contact with company's that sell the lower receivers in a machined 7075 billet with no avail, i still would like to do this and do not see any major concerns of strength of the 6065 billets over the 7075's
i di get into contact with 80percentarms they seamed very helpful and being that hardly any one has them in stock, i would rather deal with these guys through the ordering process then some of the others. so this is how it will go, we will collect a list of people that want to partake in this and what they would like to order, we will get a discounted price per persons order, if you are getting a lower or multiple lowers there will be a surcharge that will be added on if you plan on using the jig to machine these out, the amount of the surcharge will be found by taking the total number of lowers that will need to be milled out with the jig divided by the cost.

so if we have 10 total lowers being purchased, 3 are yours, and the jig + spare bits cost say 180$ that will be 18$ surcharge for the jig per lower and with your three lowers your surcharge will be 54$...

they have lowers in black, raw finish, pink, and foliage dark earth (brown), along with uppers in the same colors, they also have ar10 lowers.

they are back ordered on some things and the order will only ship once everything is in stock so dont expect to be doing this here in the next 2-3 weeks, this was more intended to be a winter project anyways when we cant get out to go play.

discounts are listed on their website when you go to an item so lets try and order like items :D (pink is not suitable for an ar15 just to let you know, unless you want to be judged )

    http://www.80percentarms.com/collections/80-lowers

please list your user name and what items and quantity you want

    1. . @3378jakesr5 5 black ar15 lower, 1 FDE ar10 lowe, 1 FDE ar15 lower, (dont judge thats for me, uncle, and father:luvya:)
    2. @YamaDirtrider 1 black ar15 lower
    3. @CO MTN Steve - 1 black ar15, 1 FDE ar15
    4. @Impulse05Taco - 1 Black AR15
    5. .
    6. .
    7. .
    8. .

    ..

please quote the most recent list to add to it so no one gets cut out, and delete the quoting parts so its an actual post and leave all details of this on the post

    Bump!

@alee891 , @ashersfuckingstupidusername did you guys want to get in on this?

So my bed bars/brakets have been great until this weekend. I guess the long trail with some higher than normal wheeling speeds caused failure. All the brackets came loose from the bed rails and the brackets were swaying back and forth so much they snapped two bolts that connect the bars to the brackets.

Now I like the design of the brackets in that I can easily remove the bars with the rtt still attached for easy storage.

But with that being said I think I need a way to reinforce them. Maybe welding a support arm to the bracket that mounts in the bed?
Anybody got ideas? Maybe @3378jakesr5 could fab something up? Completely new way of mounting?

Talk about usernames. I can never tag you because I can't remember all the numbers you have in front! And no, I won't be in on this one.

A small handful of select mods.
Does it taste alright with one that large? Typically we grind those up for Zucchini bread.

Another recovery in the books. The shittybilt is getting some good workouts!

Pickle gulch. He got distracted for a second, trail is just wide enough for a vehicle and the edge gave out last night. He hooked up the yellow strap and a come-along which kept it from going over. It was making noise wanting to go over while we were there before we hooked up. Gauge said it was at a 33 degree angle.

4 straps, 2 winches, 1 chain, 1 snatch block and shackles... got'r dun!

Please let me know what your plans for machining the lowers are. I have one laying around but have since lost access to the machine shop I was intending on cutting it through.
