Help me value my 2013

I have a Magnetic Grey 2013 Access Cab 4X4 V6
TRD Off Road and Tow Packages are the only major options
I have added a roll up soft bed cover.
Mileage is about 25,000

After moving out to the countryside, I figured that I needed a truck with 4WD for getting to work if we had any significant snow as well as to haul large items.

After 3 years, I have decided that I would rather have a 4Runner or Highlander for the people space and interior storage for travelling. If needed, I can rent or buy a trailer to haul with.

KBB and NADA are not too good at identifying options when valuing Tacomas. Looking for other options or thoughts on setting a fair value. Likely to sell outright as I doubt that I could get a decent trade offer from a dealer.

Edmunds says that Tacomas retain 75% of their value after 3 years, which would value it at about $24,000. Is that a fair value? Dealer likely to ask $27k-$28K, but would probably only offer me low $20s (I have not yet visited Carmax to get my free offer).

Ideas?
