I have that as well. And was planning on going with the trus beadlocks as well. But when i heard the cost of $270/wheel to true beadlock it, i quickly realized it wasn't happening quick. Thats on top of the cost of the set of wheels.

Lockers and regear moved to the top of the list

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong: It's not that 'True Beadlocks' are illegal. There's just very very few that are DOT compliant. To my knowledge Hutchinson's are the most common DOT legal rims. There are others out there, AEV/Staun/Centerline all have DOT options, just don't know about bolt pattern availability.

With that said, the likelihood that you'll get pulled over for other non-DOT beadlocks might be slim, given the amount of replica Beadlocks on the road nowadays.

Yeah Gonna lock the rear and regear next month (probably) and then maybe get around to all the rest of the bullshit. beadlocks are pretty low down there, but on the wishlist

    Check out the build
I got a good deal from SOS Performance. I won't post it, but text Tom, his number is on the site. I'm sure he'll work with you.

Thanks! I'll see about getting those print outs, hopefully I can test fit on the spare. What wheels you got?

I can help bleed the brakes pretty well. I got my pedal really stiff to point that a Toyota tech asked how I managed to do that. I realized with my truck having ATRAC it just improved pedal feel, but not the actual braking power. I agree, I like a responsive pedal not this mushy shit.

I know! I wish they had the KO2's in that size. I'd get the Toyo MT's, but they are spendy and heavy!

I have a good brake setup on min now. Powerstop performance calipers (OE size), Powerstop Z36 severe duty truck and tow pads, centric (stoptech) rotors, and SS brake lines.

It stops great, but if I get fade it really sucks and on fast stretch, to a stop or turn, it feels as though the bakes are working but the truck is really overpowering them. Once the momentum is gone they really bite, if that makes any sense.

Ordered UCA's, Flip kit and F/R SS brakelines!

Soo if you get on a group buy for cheaper parts, it's totally okay to offset those savings by getting other goodies.. right? :notsure: Instead of one part I got 3 parts for the same price. I'll count it as a win

Anyone know what lift specs the wheelers HD 5 leaf springs yield? can't find anything on their website.
