I stacked parts for almost five years before I was ready to start tearing into it. It sucked, but the wait was worth it. Focus on getting out of that joint and back into the world because we need heroes like you out here. I mean, people are "modding" Dodge Neon's out here man, it's not safe anymore.

He has the heated side mirrors. He installed the heated mirror/mirror adjust switch.

 

Was the install easy to do? I was thinkiing about getting a kit.

We don't have weather here, lol. but I do live at the beach. I just use a squeegee and wipe the dew and stuff off the mirrors in the morning

I'm at Walter Reed in MD. Was on a deployment when I started showing some weird symptoms and being sick all the time, got here late august. I was diagnosed with Kidney Disease. Hopefully getting transferred closer to home for treatment.

 

Oh shit! get home, get better, and go play!

 

That's the plan! hoping by thanksgiving I'll get home into the Army's 'Community Care Unit' which lets me go home and use a civilian doctor that takes Tricare.

installed these steps today, now off to diagnose why the front parking lights dont work. Only had it a month now, still getting all the "As Is" bugs out from the dealership

 

That bumper looks to be great fitting.

 

I greased my U joints. After crawling under the truck to find the squeak I found out My drive shaft has 3 sections. Once the squeak went away I changed the spark plugs. That first one on the drivers side is a bugger to get to.

 

Nice! I have the KO2's on my steelies too! I took the caps off though, I think it looks less cheap with them off. I'm still messing with the psi to find out what i should have it at. Also I got lifetime balancing from discount...it's a heavy tire on a steel wheel, that shit was so out of balanced. But I love the tires lol

Not on the Tacoma, but I had everything all set up to change the spark plugs on my car when the wife got called into work. So, instead of letting the afternoon go to waste, I strapped my 9 month old to my chest and did the spark plugs anyway. Took about three times longer with him grabbing everything out of my hands and in the engine bay.

 

You gotta start them out young.
