k so ive had my performance mods for bout 10,000 miles now (see banner below) and im sure my A/F ratio is a little funky with all the add ons... my next step is to get the maf cal but wont be able to afford it and the dyno tune for a bit of time...

so my question is how bad is it for my engine running like this with out the maf cal tune?? how long can i go till it starts getting bucked up?? i know it might be a dumb question but this is something ive always wondered in the back of my head since i wont be getting the maf cal till about a couple months... any thoughts or suggestions would be great, thanks guys!

actually......you can run that setup as long as you want to without any negative effects, as long as you keep everything inshape, like cleaning the air filter and all. just when you add the maf cal. it'll be much better and you will notice a good difference then as opposed to now.

i really cant comment on the maf cal. but there are alotta folks here who have hooked them up, so i know they'd be able to help you out when the time comes. but as far as i know........with the lap top, plug and play should be pretty easy. when you do get it installed......you are gonna notice a big difference in what you already have done.....its just gonna make it that much better!!:D

If you have no experience, your best results would be to take it down to a dyno shop and have them tune it. You get best results tuneing on a dyno, anyway. :)
