What LED Bars does everyone have?

What brand does everyone use for a 30in. bumper LED bar? Also can you use the rigid mounting brackets for other brands of LED bars?

I've had so many rock chips and cracks to windshields and foglights through the years, I really couldn't justify the extra money on a light bar that may get damaged on the highway. Had this one for about 6 months now and have been very happy with it. Light output is at 6K so it's easy to match the color to aftermarket headlight / foglight bulbs or LED HID kits as well.

 

How do you have this one mounted?

 

Cheap one here as well. It gets the job done as a nice intense fog light since it's low in the bumper. When I get the ditch lights or 50" across the top, I'll probably go with the Cali raised. I went to Lowes and got some brackets and shaped them to fit nicely.

What kind of lift do you have and tires size?

 

Bilstein 5100s all four corners set at .85 in front. Deaver progressive AAL in the rear. BFG AT KO2 265/70/17.

 

Stock coils or what?

 

Yes. Stock coils. I'm considering swapping to ome 887 coils and setting 5100s to 0.0 setting. I understand that will give approximately 2" of lift with a bit softer ride since the coils won't be preloaded. Ride is good now but a bit on the stiff side.

 

That's what I'm about to do. 5100s all around and then OME 885 or 887. Not sure what to do about the AAL thing thought what do I get?

 

I'm using the Morimoto XTorch on my Prinsu rack. It's so bright... like so so bright. Most of my friends have double row LED bars off of Amazon and it's a night and day difference

 

You should either get progressive AAL or replace the leaf springs with aftermarket to achieve some lift. Otherwise, you will end up nose high.
