    That pic is photoshopped but there are definitely some huge ones out there. Here's a real pic taken by national geographic, Kayak is 3.8 meters and the shark is 4 meters. Which is still only a little over 13 ft. Pretty sure there have been a couple on shark week that were around 20 ft.
