Does your bike ride slightly angled, or does it fit straight across the bed? I've seen these used in the front rail but they wouldn't work without removing my tonneau cover. I hadn't thought to measure if it'd fit sideways or angled slightly. (I haven't worried about it since I have a Yakima SwingDaddy that I just about stole at an REI garage sale, but that sucker is heavy and this mount would be great for when I don't need to load the bed with gear)

I converted to all LED blinkers, taillights, and reverse lights. No problems at all, direct plug and play, and no hyperlink on regular signals or hazard lights. Got all XP80 bulbs from Diode dynamics, and everything was shipped quickly and worked perfectly! Lights are MUCH brighter than stock as well as much truer color from both blinkers and tail lights. Very high quality bulbs, overall recommend the upgrade for appearance, as well as safety at night, during low visibility situations, etc

While checking/filling rear diff this last weekend ( was low by 22 oz. ) is it normal for a pressure release sound when removing the filler /check bolt ? I would think the breather would keep the pressure even .

Don't think so... changed my diff fluid a few times now and never got much of a pressure release sound from taking the bolt off. Did you just get done ripping on the truck and pull over and do a diff fluid swap while it was still really hot? That might explain it

Yes. It's somewhat normal. It may not happen on every vehicle, but my Tacoma and my 4Runner both do it.

I was worried that my pressure relief valve was clogged the first time I heard it. Then I realized that it wasn't air rushing out. It's air rushing in. When the differential heats up the extra pressure releases through the release valve. When it cools down, the air contracts and creates a partial vacuum. Opening the fill plug equalizes the pressure.

This may be a dumb question but how difficult was it removing the stock mirror? Is it glued on or are there common brackets you were able to connect up to? I miss the compass from my last truck and I HATE having a bulky garage door opener button on my tiny visor. I've been using MYQ but I so much prefer what you did. Thanks!!!

Very easy to replace. Simply unscrew a small bolt holding it secure and slide it off the slot holding it in place.

The truck had been sitting in the garage for 2 days while I waxed and detailed it.
Possible reason causing uneven wear or whatever for the howl ? Sure would be nice if the fix for the howl was a new relief valve !

Installed my new trd pro grill. Looks great!! It has 3 broken tabs however so we will see if it ends up going back. Worth keeping and fixing if I can get a discount should be pretty simple with some epoxy puddy. Stupid Toyota packaging.

These look fantastic. Did these tires fit on a stock lift? Or did you need to lift the truck further? Thanks in advance.

It fits across the bed without an angle. A second bike won't fit, though (at least not on a short bed). I've ordered the third (headboard) track so that I can put two bikes side-by-side with the forks at front. Should be in later this week.
