You guys from Florida remember what it was liked , most people don't know how to prepare for storms this size and strength. They panic

 

I dont care anything about coming down near the coast for work... I'd be happy if I didn't have to.

 

Finally got some things sold!

I now have money back in my PayPal account. Paid a deposit on Second hand skids will pick them up the 15th.
I plan on talking to @EddyRRT tomorrow to get my sliders ordered.

Crazy when storms come

 

We're rolling out of here at the crack of dawn. Depending on what the storm does by then. We may go to Asheville or ATL. If it's Asheville I'll go to the overland expo

 

I'm staying in summerville.....will be hitting stores and such tomorrow while out...same Thursday am...I will try to post who has what of places I go to...gas stations and such...ain't messing with Walmart or that shit. Lol. Yall be safe! I think we should try to check in here sometimes. So the others don't think we died (yeah, in hugo we got random calls from pplast outside the area thinking ppl here were just gone!)

The last hurricane that came thru..we were supposed to get rain for days.

Never seen a drop in the upstate.

 

I think I'm more worried of the fact that none of my vehicles are covered....not the taco, not the work trucks, and one of them I just picked up brand new yesterday.....shit......and the old dude behind me is a renter with one effed up tree....shit better blow over on his house, since he refused to do shit with it.......

 

I remember a hurricane Albert (?) maybe 8 years ago or so. All we had was mist and fog all day.

Thats why i cant stay in my house. The big oak around it drop decent size limbs for. Every stiff breeze that blows by. I dont trust them at all. Im fully expecting to get back to the house and see a tree in the roof.
