I've run a variety of compounds on various vehicles. Currently I've got a set of LTS. They're a little bit dustier than the ceramic but I have never worried about dust. They're quiet and work well when I tow the trailer or just cruise around town.

Damn, we're running that and Soldiers Pass on Monday (I heard both are relatively easy and short); we're hiking Humphreys Peak on Sunday.

Well, on the 12th we're doing a few trails if the drive isn't too far for you: Greasy Spoon and Oak Creek.

Man, they'll let anyone join the AZBS thread....

What up dude! I'd love to wheel with you again, but Lisa just had surgery and won't be up for bouncin around the trails for a little bit. Have fun while you're here!
Maybe we'll catch up at the Tundra meet. Which one are you thinking of going to?

Be careful out there climbing people. Took a 20+ft whipper straight to the ground last week and broke my back. Landed ass first on a boulder. Then had to rappel and hike out. Drove myself to the hospital once my partner dropped me off at my car. No outdoors for at least 6 weeks. I got really lucky that I'm able to walk still.

Damn dude. Glad to hear you're safe. I know that feeling of taking a whipper. I'm as lucky as I was thanks to my climbing partner being prepared and paying attention. Let us know how we can help.

I fell at clipping height on clip 2 of a sport route. Clip 2 was ran out and so when I slipped getting ready to clip there was more rope out then distance to the ground. Its actually my first whipper. We had been leading routes all day and just got unlucky and took a grounder. Thanks man.

yeah those few few clips on a sport route are the worst.

I do either depending on who I am with, but yeah more Trad then sport. We went out on a Monday to get a bunch of climbs in. The goal was for us each to lead 8 routes. My partner did 7 and I was on the 7th. It makes me want to climb more and work on my strength for climbing once I am better.

Shit is super annoying though. It took me 30 min to put my socks and shoes on by myself the first time. I got it down to like 10 min now and I was finally able to get myself in my FJ so I can drive again. I fractured L2, bruised my tailbone where I landed on my butt and bruised a few ribs. Bruised ribs in a a back brace totally blows. The trauma doctors and neurosurgeons were freaking out that I was walking around into the hospital after only having 4 Advil lol
