idk it's what they said. they were bought by power companies and stuff for remote locations. you know way more about them than i do. i found what they were saying was odd but since i don't know much about them thought nothing of it

So I found the info I was trying to recall, correct they did not import the fj-70 series. That's why it went 60,62, ,80. The 70 was offered as a suv, pickup, and 4dr pickup. Diesel was practically standard on every one of them. To bad we didn't get those here.

Even though I'm about as far north in NoVa as you can be, can I play too?

Hi folks, Louisa County here. Been on the forums a while and glad to see a thread created for those of us in Virginia's "neutral zone". I don't have any off-road mods on my truck as it is my daily driver and use it to haul project stuff on the weekends. Helper springs, a 700W inverter, and ladder rack to carry our tandem kayak. We raise chickens, enjoy gardening, kayaking, hiking, fishing and camping.

You work in Purcellville. I live in Purcellville. But bought a house (with a renter) outside of Berryville this spring. Once the renter moves, we are moving there. And nice truck!

Why would you want them to when you already got a 2017 pick up (Black trucks matter)?

Allow me to fully introduce myself...

My name is Don. Born and raised in the northern panhandle of West (by God) Virginia. I turn 59 tomorrow (10/6). Been married for 27 years. By trade, I am a network engineer/architect. I spent 10 years serving our country in the US Navy (mostly on Aircraft Carriers), as an electronics technician. Father of two, one of whom rests in the arms of our Lord (may she Rest In Peace). The other graduated from college with a B.S. in Information Technology this past Saturday. I used to be the entire Pit Crew on an SCCA Formula E race car. I am proudly a Freemason. And I now am driving my first Toyota, although the wife has been driving nothing but Toyotas for years. It is a black '16 TRD Sport 4x4 V6 Access Cab, which will soon get it's TRD Pro grille. I am a Steelers fan, as evidenced by my truck:

And I am told that my beard may be nearly as full as Wild Crow's, but we haven met, I'll let y'awl decide.
