They did at the time of the initial install. My memory isn't that great, but I dropped it off on a Friday for the work and towards the end of the day something broke (flair nut maybe)and they could not get the piece from Toyota in time. I was leaving town for work so I told them no big deal. They got everything installed and everything was great until the lines started leaking from the joint between the crimp and the line. They have a 3 month warranty so I had to buy a line and overnight it. Should be here Thursday so it can be installed Friday.

Gotcha. When we did @iRideMTB rear lines, they were overtightened where the soft lines connect to the hard lines. The hard lines were more flared due to the extra torque from the factory and were larger than the threads, so they had to be yanked out, and filed down to fit back in.

o_O Are you shitting me? How does an officer not know that one in this town. Even I know they're considered firearms. And they're such common nuisance items, not to mention the several spates of vandalism with them in the past few years. Citizens I can understand, because most of them don't know half the laws (and don't need to) on the local books. But a city cop? I'm sure they all know any and all fireworks are illegal in city limits - an airgun isn't that far off. Hell, bow and arrow/crossbow, even slingshots are included. /:rant:

Nope, not kidding. None of that sat well last night, or this morning for that matter. I'm still a little heated about it. I may file a complaint. Talking with my brother about it, he was just rolling his eyes saying they didn't do their job.
And I can't really give my opinion on here. I wonder how they (my neighbors) would feel if I was shooting a BB gun at the fence from 15 feet while their illegitimate kids are playing right behind the fence. The more I think about my dog literally standing behind the target, while they were shooting, the more I want to snap his neck.
But moving forward. If it happens again, they won't get the police courtesy call.

    Whats up!

Its 53 degrees in my room... can someone make me breakfast in bed please.

Amazon has really been slacking on customer service as of lately (last month or more they've been noticeably a PITA to deal with). I used to get multiple orders a week, I know, its an issue although I've already cut back since they are pissing me off. They lost my tire chain order...naturally the site bumped up the price of the same chains to a point where I dont want to spend that much more for an item that was cheap when I originally purchased it 10 days ago. They refunded my order cost. Ended up ordering on eBay since it was a bit cheaper and Amazon wont match.

Amazon didn't offer prime 2day shipping on the chains, and ebay was buy it now for a new item and free shipping from a US location. I'll be taking the extra time to cross reference stuff from other vendors a LOT more.

they did quickly just give my money back... i always just use the chat feature so i have stuff in writing if they get goofy.

I think they are just becoming a Walmart or Comcast. They are now too big to care about the end result... and people will continue to use them since they are hooked.
