Thanks! I've had them a while and still like them. Been eyeing the new SCS wheels but prefer these for now as they're paid for.

I'm thinking of these for my 2004 prerunner dbl cab. Since is a 4 banger and I'm a weekender more of a light dirt/trail guy. Not too much serious rock crawling. The truck is also my DD and I drive 70% city and 30% highway. I don't want a tire that's too heavy. That will murder my MPG's.

    Currently running a 265/65/17 highway tire. That's around 40lbs.

I'm running a 2" lift so I may go with a bigger tire or a skinner taller tire. Depends what you guys might recommend. Will these be ok as they are 6 ply? Any info is helpful. Thanks!

Like reported very quite and smooth riding and very
IMG_1508.jpg IMG_1523.jpg IMG_1524.jpg sharp looking in person!! Only had them up to around 50mph in town and so far in very pleased!! Two tires took more weights than I'm used to seeing when balanceing but the ride feels great! I'm stoked!! Thanks for everyone's feedback and input! P265/75/16 AT3W.

Tires look great man! I agree with the amount of weights required during balance also, I forgot to mention that myself. However, at the end of the day, they're butter smooth on the road so I guess it really doesn't matter. And I still find myself being surprised at how quite they are whenever I hear the wind noise drown them out.

OME 3" Lift, 32" Tires, Lots of Mods!
A little update for you fellas!

So i got 4,526 miles on my P265 75 16 Falken Wild Peak AT3W's and coming up on a rotation very soon. The ride is fantastic and the road manners on wet and dry pavement are wonderful! But the other day I've noticed slight cupping on the outside of my front tires, when you rub your hand own the edge where the sipes are, one sipe is higher than the other. Been running a even 35 psi cold in the tires since the day they were on the truck, I'm constantly checking the tire pressure religiously a few times a week and the wear is even across the tread from side to side. Currently I'm Running OME Suspension with 887 Coils and Light Racing Upper Control Arms and rear Dakar leafs!

My first thoughts were my alignment (camber) was out of spec but the truck drives straight as a arrow and doesn't pull one way or another........... So called up the aliment shop Monday morning and they said they could get me in for the next day which was yesterday 10/4/2016. So took the truck over after work and they threw it on the alignment machine and got me a new sheet to compare it to my alignment that I had done on the truck after I put all the new suspension on back on 6/27/2016. When I had them align the truck on 6/27/2016 I told them I wanted the Camber 0 Degree's, Tow 0 Degree's and the Caster 3 Degree's cause that's what I've read and hear from people running this OME suspension. I'm sitting in the waiting room and the manager comes in and asks me for my old sheet that I was holding onto, goes out in the shop and gets the new one and sets them down side by side and shows me that there is hardly any difference at all, just very minimal changes from the new suspension settling.......... Now I'm even more puzzled........ @Discount Tire Direct if you could shine any light on this it would be greatly appreciated! Thought I'd share my 2 cents with my experience with some mileage on the tires now!

Also after 4,526 miles I'm down to almost 11/32nd's tread on all 4 tires and they come brand new at 15/32nd's.

Is it a possibility it could be this new (Silica) compound they used to make the tires, that its so soft that after taking corners for a while the tire leans and puts more wear on the outside cause that's the only thing I can think of.

Here is a picture of the tire to show which part is slightly cupping:
    20161005_100423.jpg
And here is a picture of the alignment from 6/27/2016 vs 10/4/2016:

I had the same issue with mine and they are 7k old. Got an alignment at the time of the install, so I know that is not causing it. Most likely just the soft compound, siping and cornering that's doing it. I'm seeing if they flatten out a bit after rotating them to the back and if the ones in the front are doing it as well.

When I was cupping the tires on the front of my MR2, it wasn't the alignment or the tires. I can't remember exactly but I want to say it was worn struts. Could have been wheel bearings or ball joints too but definitely wasn't an alignment issue.
