    Just dropped off the window for repair. They said no problem, can even reuse the frame.

    Ultimately I have to live next to these folks. I made my point last night, I'm sure it won't happen again, or at least I hope it doesn't. I don't need any border wars across the backyard fence and they are generally quiet. Hopefully it was just a major lapse in judgement.
