I'm looking to marry my girl next year, (only been dating 7 years...)

General question, and I realize it probably falls to preference

But electric or gas welding for getting parts (I.e. Bummpers, boards, mods,) on a truck

Don't look! It isn't worth it. Gid, you really don't want to see those pics. If you want to be funny though, if she has a tear or episiotomy, ask the doctor if he can throw an extra stitch or two in there, or maybe a drawstring. They love it when you ask them things like that.

 

South Pittsburg (where AOP is) is Central time, but just barely. The most documented haunted place in the Southeast is there, along with the Lodge cast iron factory. I usually go to both of those places when I'm there. I should be able to be there between 1200-1300 Central.

 

I wish there was a way to make both AOP and Harlan

And dave, I remember talkin to you about that haunted place. maybe we could check it out, idk the drive time/distance and im not payin to stay overnight in that place just due to the purpose of the trip is campin/OR but I may be down to go scare some haunted place out of its ghosts

Went to the haunted house there a few times. EPIC.

 

There's been a number of TV shows done @ Waverly... A good friend runs the tour program. The place sends chills up and down your spine.

 

Which means you have probably already knocked a body part on it, huh?

 

Bumper looks good. Yeah the hospital is right in downtown South Pittsburg, so not far at all. You can only drive around it and look at it from the outside though, they keep it locked up pretty tight.

Waverly Hills is a pretty cool spot too. It's pretty hokey, but a guy I went to high school with is one of the TN Wraith Chasers that has a show on Destination America, and they did an episode up there. You should look into the Old South Pittsburg Hospital. Pretty interesting history.

 

To me, anything "haunted" is pretty hokey....But interesting none the less. When we're at Black Mountain on the 21/22/23, we'll be staying at the Benham Schoolhouse Inn. It's a converted school building that was once a coal camp school built by International Harvester to educate kids of workers in coal mines owned by a steel company that Harvester owned. It is listed as one of the 10 scariest places in Kentucky, supposedly haunted by spirits of school kids who later went on to die in the coal mines.

 

Yeah I find that kind of stuff fun to visit, but I just can't watch those terribly corny shows. You can almost bet someone has died in every building you visit or the ground it is built on.
