MLB is tough. Only 10 teams in out of 30 and even then only 8 really get into a series. Hardest playoff to make in pro sports.

 

They should put Edwins game winning ball on the carton too.

Looks like this guy ducked the moment shit happened and managed to stay out of sight of the high res camera. Why do criminals always get lucky.

I'd also point out that if Jones is so worried about ethnic slurs than why are the only guys who appear to be yelling in a group with an Asian, a Middle Eastern, and a Black guy...

 

It's rediculous if the Pirates do!Cutch wants to retire a Pirate and the organization should let him do so!The Pirates have so many great players that it just comes down to spending money in which we've discussed in the past they choose not to historically!You'd think the organization would want to bring another championship to the city of Pittsburgh!I'm a true diehard fan an i continue to believe they will hopefully in the rest of my lifetime!

 

I'm torn on the game tonight. I love my Giants, and MadBum has been a great pitcher for a few years. But... the Mets can hit off a lefty. I just really hope MB has his slider together for this game. He'll need it.

Synd is a great pitcher too, and that fast/curve that he has is ridiculous. But the Giants love swinging, and that fastball could get Synd in trouble. I just hope MB can keep his pitch count down to make it into late innings tonight.

Our hitting has been awesome the past 2 weeks. If we can do to NY what we did to LA, we will be in for sure. Just need Hunter to quit swinging at EVERYTHING that comes across his face. Belt, Posey and Pagan could really crush this game.

A couple of their better hitters vs lefties are out with injuries. Still, enough left to do some serious damage. Never know what to expect from the Giants. Considering the 2nd half collapse. They have played good ball for a week. Maybe that's a trend. Wont have long to wait to find out.

Throwing crap on the field isn't just a Toronto problem. This has been going on since the game was first played.

 

sadly two years in a row Toronto has thrown trash in the big spotlight. Toronto is better than that and each time was a shitbag fan, but still reflects poorly on the city of Toronto.

 

There is a big difference though between throwing a beer can at a player during the play and a stadium pelting the field after a play because of a call that even the opposing commentators agreed was wrong in a do or die game.
