TRD Pro Parts

Installed the knob! Waiting on my tails, fogs and headlights now.

 

Ya when I posted the price OTD for grille that Josh had them for well he got slammed with orders. They upped the price $25 and it's still under $400 delivered.

Someone posted pics of the box and it shows how they place the box/blanket into the box the grille comes in. It keeps it from shifting around and keeps the tabs/clips safe.

 

I used Baja Design Squadron R Pro for the ditch lights and fog lights. The ditch lights have the amber lens. I got it mixed up as the fog lights should be as low as possible and
I have them on the A pillar. but Baja has light covers that let you change it from amber to clear.
It hasn't been foggy to test them out. I'll post some pictures when I get home.
Yes I believe yellow is better than clear in the fog. But I'd look it up on google to see.

 

is a actual blanket not full size is average. pretty cool i think to keep the rear seat.

 

how much did you pay for headlights?

 

Nothing yet since we ordered 2 different sets of part numbers. He wasn't sure which ones were right and I didn't have any luck locking it down. 1 set is like 3 something a piece and the others are over $1000

 

Ive got a Pro on my lot right now, I can go out and get the official part number stamped on the headlight and get back to you if youd like?

Pricing is available but TRD rigid pro fogs are on Stop Sale from Toyota

 

If anyone is interested there's a Toyota dealer in York, PA selling a couple pro grilles on ebay for $449.00. Just sayin.

 

Stop sale? Did they even release? I only saw one person on the forum with them on a non PRO.

 

Yeah that person got lucky. But Toyota stopped all sales

I Certainly think that it's all right to put parts on your truck to improve performance or improve function, but if you're slamming TRD stickers on a non-TRD model, or pro badges on your truck and it's not a pro, i'm not going to say anything bad about you but I'm glad I'm not you

Apparently that guy has a friend who owns a dealership. If you own a dealership your probably making north of $200,000 a year, so you can basically do whatever you want. If you want to give your friend some TRD Pro Fogs, then you can do that.

But for the rest of us, Toyota put a stop sale on them, meaning They might be in stock in the warehouses, but they will NOT ship them out to dealerships.

Toyota has actually put a stop sale on most of their TRD Pro parts, and even the parts have disappeared from my parts catalog as if toyota removed them trying to keep the part numbers out of people hands. Really not a bunch of fun for someone like me, trying to help everyone out and fulfill orders.

 

My parts guy in Hanover ordered me one for $409...just have to wait for corporate to ship it out...

 

Im not saying We cant order them, any dealership can order them. Toyota just wont do anything about it lol

More than likely hes going to check every day until the stop sale gets lifted and then place your order. Because right now if you place an order, Toyota sent you a notice letting you know your order cant be fulfilled.
