IIRC the L79 was a solid lifter. The 325hp version was hydaulic with a milder cam profile. Technically before my time but i knew all the differences 20 years ago.

My wagon was awesome. The extra weight of the long roof made it hook like craZ. And it was a wagon. Nobody suspected a station wagon to be halfway quick in the 80s

Unfortunately, our patients are usually in end stage renal disease and need dialysis. So they can't hunker down. they need to be at their dialysis center and get dialyzed. No option. A slight delay may be ok, but not miss dialysis completely. We send resources from all over the country to make sure our patients are taken care of. It's tough, but very rewarding.

I am one of many in our healthcare organization. But I'm not the hero here. Today, I've been sitting nice and cozy all day at work and at home.

Believe it or not, there are people right now, in nice cozy/safe places in other parts of the country, that are trying their damnedest to figure out how to get to the dialysis facilities that are being hit right now or will be hit soon by Matthew. Because we will be extending dialysis/clinic hours to whatever is needed. We will be finding transportation and other resources.

I gotta tell you, we are a for-profit healthcare organization. But we take the health of our patients SERIOUSLY, and will move resources at any cost to make sure that we take care of the patients that put their trust in our care.

    Nope a salad and that's it !!!

    So far since Aug 26th 2016 I've ....

    Walked 180 miles

    55 hrs active time

    Burned 32,977 calories

    Walked 316, 842 steps

According to my pedometer app I'm highly active and 88 % more active than average others

Oh this is all done with my r/knee that's unable to flex past 85 deg flexion

Why am I doing this , I want to go back to Camp Pendleton and prove to myself that I can as a disabled Vet still climb Mt. Mother F***er
