The xds and mod 2 in 9mm are like the exact same size except the mod 2 is slightly thicker and has twice the capacity. I know millimeters and grams count when carrying concealed but I'd imagine you could easily conceal one if you're already concealing the other.

I'd love an XDS for summer carry... My 40 XD Sub is perfect for about 8 months out of the year.

Best of luck finding a trade.

They are halogen. They bodies were faded and had some scratches so I painted the bodies black and the rings red for shits and giggles lol.

Comfort and easy hiding is what it's all about for me. I rarely find I want to strap a holster on and modify what I'm wearing to hide it etc so I traded in my full size .357 and got a pocket revolver/LCR and while it's not as fun at the range it pretty much goes everywhere that it legally can go since I easily throw it in a pocket holster, grab a speed loader and I'm out the door. No changes to what I'm wearing, and the pocket holster makes it look like a large cell phone that no one looks twice at these days.

I am looking, but not looking for an XDM in .45 in the 4.5" or 5.25" barrel. Or a 3" or 4" .357 revolver again. Not that I should spend the money though. :anonymous:
