Pull out headliner. Go get new headliner material. Use spray adhesive on both. When tacky mate them together. Trim and reinstall. Done.

 

Doesnt look like the storm is turning north soon enough like predicted.

 

the small amount i read said that the foam is degrading, and that using spray adhesive would be temporary. then it'd end up looking worse, as the foam would start coming off due to the adhesive...

 

That's why I said get new material.

 

You can buy it with the fabric and foam already together. I'm talking about replacing all of the foam and fabric. The headliner has a heavy molded cardboard like base that the foam and fabric attach to.
