At this point I am waiting on my new transmission to arrive at my local dealership. It should be here in a week. Interesting thing is the torque converter is on back order. Hmmmm. I am planning on talking to corporate tomorrow to address the customer service / lack of satisfaction portion of the resolution.

For the torque converter? I know people had some shudder that seemed to point to the torque converter. I know there are also some line pressure issues feeding the torque converter clutch control (transmission valve body problem). Do you have a link to, or a pdf of, the torque converter TSB?

Reviving an old thread. I've had all transmission TSB's done and it was good for awhile. Now I've noticed that sometimes on colder mornings it will lurch again but only when turning the steering wheel slightly in either direction. It's like it's trying to compensate for the power used by the power steering and idle a little higher. I wonder if it's because the power steering fluid is cold and thicker so it needs more pressure to turn the wheels? All I know is that it sucks to have to deal with and not sure if I want to go to the dealer again for it.
