Instead of drilling a hole for the button switch, I used a hole where there was a little clip right next to that rubber bumper. You can see it in the pic. It worked perfectly.

I got my Relentless Fab skid plates today and put those bad boys on. I didn't get a chance to take pics today, but soon.

I mentioned an issue with the rubber seal at my 5K appointment and they replaced it at no charge.

Love that way that looks on your SSM. But those damn Method center caps are hideous. Way too big. I have Method Holes and I hate my caps. Haven't been able to find a better solution.

Lucky you. She said that the tech looked at the seals and they look fine, shrugged and said it must be the design.

May have to drop in at Toyota, the rear feels a little crashy over bumps and the leaf springs aren't a bow shape anymore, they seem flat/the opposite direction now.

Also, anyone noticed the digital speedo doesn't have 81? It holds 80 for a while then goes to 82

Plastidipped the grille last night. I like the way it turned out, badges are next.

I have done very little , tinted windows and put floor mats and a bed mat in. I want to do a lot more. Just waiting to see what Toyota is going to do about transmission problems mine is shuttering and flare, rear end howling I believe fuel pump is chirping going back to dealership will be glad when Toyota takes care of it

That's awesome. How's the road noise? Also...dumb question... do you know if the 17 TRD Pro has a stock lift taller than the 16 TRD Off Road? I know the suspension itself is different, but I'm trying to figure out if tire the same size as yours will fit on my 16 OR. Thanks in advance!

First "Mod" on the new truck

Painted the Chrome trim on the grille. I used the Krylon Cover Maxx Flat Black paint/primer. It matches the factory matte trim perfectly. I applied about 4 coats over the course of four hours and let it dry. Looks great. I think I am going to do the chrome rear bumper trim as well!
