Sorry guys, I'm a few minutes late with the good morning today. It's a day off from work... Possibly a little yard work, probably a quick trip to the range, remotely possible is a stop at the gun shop. I need better planning, I should have pre-purchased another 'upgrade' or two for the truck as I am home alone today...

Looks like my local gas station has switched to winter blend gas, lol. I've averaged 21-22MPG's on all of my previous tanks, and when I filled up today I was sitting at 19.8 for a tank average. Got to work and and I'm at 19.7 for an average.

Morning all. Planned to leave for Maine at 9 last night, ended up leaving at 12.

Got the roof box swapped to the wife's T4R and started to load it up. Realized the rear hatch didn't open more than 20% due to the rear window spoiler thing hitting the box. Good times, had to remove the infant base and fold down the rear pass seat so the dog could get in the back of the truck.

Ended up getting to Ojunkquit at 130AM and realized I forgot to bring the keys to the Maine house. I was not driving back home, f'ing exhausted at that point. Got my flashlight and burglar style started snooping around. In laws left a window ac unit in one of the bedroom windows, so score. Pulled the plastic wings in, pushed it inside the house. Also tried to stand on one of those little square plastic footstool/table things and promptly broke it in what at 145AM sounded like a gun shot going off to me. Finally was able to pull myself up and in, then unloaded the truck so I could take it to work up in Freeport today.

Good times, also our 2 year old never really went back to sleep when we took her out of the car so sleep was pretty much non existent. On they plus side I think I've got a budding career as a cat burglar.

Really tempted to just smash the vending machine at work... that's the 3rd time this month it's taken my change and the dispenser failed to drop the snack...

Normally we just take my fj which had the keys in it always. Problem is the wife for some reason takes the keys out of her car and throws them on the kitchen counter so that's where they probably are. Besides, breaking into a house in the middle of the night is more fun.

In Central NH it's much more rare than MA. I usually have an uneventful drive to work but people seemed to think it was a race today. I might drive fast, but I don't have any interest in racing you.

Whoever built my decorative island must have also built your stairs.

I got the Vette back this morning from getting the harmonic balancer replaced again. Only too a bit of arm twisting and GM intervention. Pulled out of the dealership and drove maybe a quarter mile noticed the power steering was dead. Back to the dealership it goes. I have the day off so I planned on taking the day to drive around and run errands. Instead I've got my Mom's Subaru since she was dropping me off at the dealer before a doctor's appointment, so I had to drop her off instead.

At least I'm not paying for any of this.

I was talking to a coworker by the coffee machine that I was going to smash the glass when one of the facilities guys overheard it and he called the vending machine company and they're going to come fix it monday. Apparently violence does solve things.
