It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
i just had 265/75/16s put on mine. ive noticed a few in here have the tread going the oppositew way of mine. im pretty sure it doesnt make a real world difference, but is there a correct way? specifically, from the top of the tire, the slots on the outer sidewalls go from tread downward toward the rear of the vehicle. is that right or does it even matter as long as they are all the same way?

now that i think about it, when the tread is on the bottom, the grooves on the sidewalls are pushing high water lower and out to the sides. im skeptical how functional this is in real world conditions but im interested to hear anyones thoughts

probably makes virtually no difference and sidewalls are for nothing more than looks.

water treading is not a concern on these ATs at all from looking at the interior tread design. so does the overlapping tread actually help offroad?

Toyota has to sell them, if you damage one and need to replace, and they are expensive. Run u more than $500 w/center cap.

Got the dealer to swap out the wheels for free/No Labor charge, as part of my purchase negotiation. As soon as they get my truck, I bring them all my accessories, TRD Pro Wheels (17s), BFG K02s, Hood Shield & Window Visors, Running Boards etc., and service department will install - No Charge!

TRD Pro Grille scheduled to arrive today! UPS!!!!!!

I wish, no dealerships were willing to do that, you gotta sell'm on your own. But I'll probably keep the stock rims. Definitely sell the toyo stock tires. Priced them locally, ran between $212-$260. I'll post them on Craigslist. Tire shop said they sell a lot of them so he said I'll get $150 a piece easily. That still saves somebody $200+

No kidding. I went to two local dealerships yesterday, including the dealership where we purchased our two current Tacomas. Neither would come near matching the price. Both would do $215 plus tax, per wheel.
Came home an purchased from Olathe.
