Wow. Fucking Millennials man.

So...new kid had a vacation at the end of the month he refused to cancel because of nonrefundable reservations, so we fucked with the schedule so that him and I flip flop around a bunch at the end of October to appease his fuckin vacation. Found out last week he decided to cancel the vacation on the grounds that "I'll make the money back during the turnaround" except they aren't letting us work until when the end of his vacation would have happened anyways. Now bossman comes in and asks what I want to do "New kid is crying about how his schedule is all messed up now and how he should have been getting 8 days on that payperiod and now he's only getting 6" (we go back and forth between 8 day pa periods and 6 day pay periods every other month), and it wasn't a fuckin issue when management was bending over backwards to make sure he got his vacation and all shifts were covered, but now it is. I told my boss to fuck 'em, Wife and I already have the babysitting schedule worked out for the wonky schedule, new guy can suck it, I'm not changing shit around a week prior because he's a little whiny bitch. Bossman Approves.

All I know is, I'm a bit nervous as fuck on the refinery right there by myself at night. People can pretty much walk up the train tracks and hop a fence and be at my door (I don't advise doing that).

 

They will be driving my Tacoma sans camper. I will be driving a 4th gen Tacoma turbo diesel on 35's with a custom pass through camper

 

lol. if anything the new 4th gen taco will be a hybrid or fuel cell powered.

Since when did people start to think that having strangers fear for their life is fun? I can understand if it's a crazy group in a single area but it's spreading. Just like reading online where people wish something like the purge was real. It makes me sick.
