How lifted is this? And how much should I pay to get it more lifted ?

You can do a spacer but is relatively frowned upon in this community.

A suspension lift is the way to go, look into bilstein 5100s. They are cheap, relatively descent, adjustable ride height, and many people run them.

A second class ride is better than a first class walk. Listen to the people saying 5100's up front. Relatively cheap and you'll look like a cool grandpa instead.

Do your homework. Lifting tends to bring out gremlins in these trucks. You need to spend money to get rid of the gremlins.

A few OE parts from fancy trucks
Leveling for looks is just that. For looks. It adds zero other functional value, and degrades a few things.

And the way to know how much to lift the front to level (for those who insist) is to measure the front and rear, divide the difference by 2, and that's what you lift the front by.

5100s are a good replacement shock for OE. They have 3 perch choices that allow for preloading the springs, making 'lift'. Better than spacers, still not great.

Leveling does in fact serve a purpose, giving bigger tires room.
