I want to, thats a magnolia tree, mofos drop their cones for like 2 months. On my house, in my grass, on both my trucks. I use a rake and fling the cines into his yard. And in the fall i use my zeroturn and chute all the leaves off my property line. I have a pic of last time i did lol

That's how it works here. I've chopped my neighbors tree limbs that were hanging over in my yard.

Google says i can trim upto the line. It also says since his tree is "alive" if it does fall its not his fault. But i would argue about the branches.

Right.. the knob isnt for turning up the bass.. its for turning it down when needed.

Volume at 75%, knob at max... set gains.

I've actually found recently most aftermarket HU's can go up to full volume before they begin to clip. Pioneer and Alpine will clip the sub a bit so a -2/4 db drop on the HU solves for that. I use an O-Scope to tune stereo's but if I don't have it I follow the same rule as you, 75% volume to be safe.

@ManBeast Generally speaking legally your neighbor has no liability if a healthy live tree falls and damages someone else's stuff. However, if they do something to cause the tree to fall (such as trimming it lopsidedly so that it has excess weight on one side, or some other way weaken the tree), or if the tree is unsound (such as a dying trunk from a lightening strike or a hollow rotting trunk or branch) and it has been brought to their attention, then you might establish negligence (hence their liability) if the tree/branch falls and it causes you damage. Circumstances can get complex and laws can vary from state to state. I'd suggest you send him a letter saying that the tree has been improperly trimmed weakening it and making it more likely to fall toward your house on its heavy side if a storm hits and copy his homeowner's insurance company (you may want to speak with a local atty prior). Tell him you expect him to remove the tree or trim it properly and see what he does. He may do nothing, or his insurance company may force him to do something since they have exposure should something occur. In any case, warning him won't hurt.

Have you asked him to remove it yet? He may just be willing to take it down since he clearly does not want the branches on his property. Better to be a good neighbor first to see if he will do it willingly than to pressure him with a lawyer or letter. If he balks or is an ass then unleash hell. Long after the tree is gone you could still have to put up with him as a neighbor.

well. thanks to all of you people's helps (proper english right?) I was able to comfortably and safely drive from Burlington Vt to Miami Florida in just under 5 days.
with 2500lbs of my mother's belongings (moving away from the taxes of CT).

a funky fresh oil change with mobile 1 synth, new front wheel bearings, new u joints, carrier bearing, fresh brake fluid and my fancy new DIY aux cable made the trip quite enjoyable.

tripped the 4000mile engine maintenance light in Baltimore, just kept on trucking.

now its time for a detailing.

Also, want to say WHAT UP! to all those Pre-Runners down in Florida! there are a hell of a lot of them!
